Caroline Giesen Viessman passed away Friday, March 26, 1982, at the Community Memorial Hospital, Clarkfield, Minnesota, at the age of 76. Caroline was born August 21, 1905, at Rushmore, Minnesota, to Chris and Fannie (Arends) Giesen. She spent her early years in Rushmore where she married Virgil Viessman on February 14, 1928. They farmed in the Rushmore area until 1939. They then moved to Wilmont, Minnesota, operating a Phillips 66 Station there. In 1958 they moved to Worthington, Minnesota. In March of 1980 she moved to Clarkfield where she resided until her death. She is survived by one son Clifford (and Rose) of Clarkfield; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one sister. She was preceded in death by her husband, one infant son, one sister and two brothers. IN MEMORY OF MRS.
