Caroline Crandahl was born October 29, 1893, in Sandnes Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, the daughter of Ole E. Bestland and Petra (Dahl) Bestland. She passed away March 2, 1958, in Venice, California, at the age of 64 years. Survivors include her son, Harlan Kruger, daughter, Verna Johansson and son, Walter Kruger.
