Caroline L. Weber was born at Hinton, Iowa, on June 3, 1897, to Michel and Lena (Amsler) Feist. She moved to the Clarkfield area with her parents in 1915. On February 11, 1925, she was united in marriage to Carl E. Weber of this community. To this union four children were born: Carl Jr. Rose, Phyllis and Betty. Mrs. Weber passed away October 11, 1977, at Elgin, Illinois, at the age of 80. Surviving her are her children: daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Rose) Saltness of Federal Way, Washington, Mrs. Kenneth (Phyllis) Lauten of Elgin, Illinois, Mrs. Dale (Betty) Agre of Rosemount, Minnesota, her son, Carl Jr. of St. Paul; three sons-in-law; 16 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Frances (Rose) Carter of Alexandria, Minnesota; brothers: Bill Feist and Elmer Feist of Clarkfield and Clarence Feist of Montevideo; two sisters-in-law; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1966; two grandchildren; one sister and one brother. IN MEMORY OF Caroline L.
