Cameron C. Cleugh was born on December 13, 1936, at Glenwood, Minnesota, to parents William and Cyrilla (Johnson) Cleugh. He was baptized and confirmed at the Glenwood Lutheran Church. He graduated from Glenwood High School in 1955. Following high school, he attended St. Cloud State College for a short time and then attended the Minnesota School of Business. Cameron and Jean Avis Reishus were united in marriage on October 17, 1964, at St. Lucas Lutheran Church. Cam and Jean lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for many years where he worked in "shipping and receiving" for several companies including Daytons and Gibbs. In 1987 they moved to Glenwood, returning to Minneapolis in 1994 and then to Hanley Falls, Minnesota, in 1997. Cam loved to fish, play bingo, and go to auctions. Cameron passed away Thursday afternoon, July 31, 2003 near his home in Hanley Falls as the result of an auto-truck accident. He had reached the age of 66 years, 7 months, and 18 days. He is survived by his wife, Jean of Granite Falls, Minnesota; sisters-in-law Karen Sandberg of Denver, Colorado, and Norma Reishus of Cottonwood, Minnesota; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister in infancy; and brothers-in-law Bob Sandberg and Jerold Reishus. Blessed be his memory.
