Bertha Hoff was born February 3, 1865, in Minnesota, the daughter of Jonas Nielsen and Marit Halvordsdottir Nielsen. She was united in marriage to Engebret M. Hoff, who preceded her in death September 20, 1955. Mrs. Hoff passed away December 7, 1962, at the Hanley Falls home of her son, Martin, with whom she had been residing. She is survived by two sons, Martin and Jesse, and a daughter, Ella (Mrs. Conrad Rowberg). IN MEMORY OF MRS.
