Bertha Foss of Clarkfield, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 1983, at the Clarkfield Community Hospital at the age of 90. Bertha was born in Norway on May 23, 1892, to Halvor and Gunhild (Olsdatter) Myren. On July 6, 1916, she was united in marriage to Kittle O. Foss. They lived a farming life and Bertha was an active member of the St. Petri Lutheran Church Ladies Aide. Bertha is survived by one daughter, Amanda Heimdahl and one son, Harold Foss, both of Clarkfield, four grandsons, two great grandsons and many friends.
