Arvie Perien Peterson was born August 8, 1888, in Sandnes Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, to parents Peter and Nella (Swanberg) Peterson. He passed away at the Granite Falls Hospital, Granite Falls, Minnesota, Wednesday, May 5, 1971, at the age of 82 years. Mr. Peterson spent his life in the occupation of farming. His wife, the former Hulda Samuelson passed away in 1925. The later years, he left the Benson community and lived with his brother, Eddie, at Hanley Falls, Minnesota. Along with Eddie, he is survived by a brother, Arthur of St. Cloud, Minnesota, and a sister, Ida (Mrs. G.A. Benson) of Granite Falls, Minnesota. IN MEMORY OF ARVIE P.
