Arnold H. Steinke was born May 5, 1915, in Minnesota to parents Otto R. and Alvina (Koepp) Steinke. Arnold married Edna Stanke on July 14, 1940. They were the parents of four children: Donna Marie, Gary, Roger, and Loren. Arnold and Edna farmed west of Clarkfield, Minnesota. Arnold passed away December 8, 1981, at the Johnson Memorial Hospital, Dawson, Minnesota, at the age of 66. Survivors include his wife, Edna, and children: Donna Marie (and Elton) Bickel of Elkton, Michigan, Gary (and Pat) Steinke of Boyd, Roger (and Sue) Steinke of Springfield, Minnesota, and Loren at home.
