Ardine Melvin Ness was born June 6, 1929, in Minnesota, to parents Ralph and Emma (Iverson) Ness. He passed away in his sleep at the farm home of his mother, Mrs. Stuart Johnson, Sunday, March 19, 1972, at the age of 42 years.
