Anton S. Olson was born to Steffen and Maria (Pederson) Olson on November 28, 1888, on the farm he was residing on. In 1916 he married Mabel Haakenson. To this union three children were born. Mr. Olson spent most of his life farming in the Boyd community. He passed away at the Clarkfield Community Hospital, Thursday morning August 27, 1970, at the age of 81 years. Surviving him are his wife, Mabel; his children: Minnie (Mrs. Byron Kjos) of Moorhead, Minnesota, and Obert of Boyd, Minnesota; his twin brother, Martin and one sister, Mrs. Clara Hanson, both of Boyd; and seven grandchildren. Preceding him in death were a son in infancy; his parents; his brother, Ole; sister, Mrs. Lena Hassel; and a brother who died in infancy. IN MEMORY OF ANTON S.
