Obituary

Anna "Annie" Iverson was born on November 19, 1886, in Clarkfield, Minnesota to Arnie and Johanna (Olson) Iverson. Annie was baptized and confirmed at the Clarkfield Lutheran Church and graduated from the Clarkfield High School. She worked in Clarkfield as a telephone operator and also as a clerk in several local businesses including Ted Stenhaug's Variety Store and Larson Drug. She was active in community organizations including being a Charter Member of the Local Eastern Star. Annie passed away at the Minnesota Masonic Home in Bloomington, Minnesota, on January 10, 1985, where she had resided since October of 1967, at the age of 98. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mable (Mrs. Elmer) Larson, Joanna (Mrs. Matt) Quist, Josephine (Mrs. Leo V.) LeGros, Oleana (Mrs. Clarence) Olson, and Nettie (Mrs. Raymond) Love; and also one brother, Iver Arneson. She is survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, January 15, 1985, from the Clarkfield Lutheran Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gordon Trelstad officiating. Organist was Karen Donner with vocal music by David Rupp. Casket Bearers were Conrad Fagerlie, Waldemar Hauge, Curtis Lynner, Chester Nelson, Richard K. Petersen, and Don Reinke. Final Resting Place is the Clarkfield Lutheran Church Cemetery, Clarkfield, Minnesota. Arrangements by Lynner Funeral Home Since 1891 Clarkfield Minnesota
