Andrew Vien passed away at his home in Clarkfield, Minnesota, Wednesday, March 25, 1981. He was born June 1, 1898, to Martinus and Eline (Jolstad) Vien of Normania Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. He was baptized and confirmed and a lifetime member of St. Lucas Lutheran Church of Normania Township. He farmed his parents farm for several years until his health failed. He moved to Clarkfield for his remaining years. He is survived by several nephews and nieces; one brother-in-law; two sisters-in-law; cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and fifteen brothers and sisters.
