Obituary

Andrew H. Anderson was born June 26, 1906 in Normania Township on the home farm near Cottonwood to Ole and Sena Anderson. He attended Silo Lutheran Church in Cottonwood. Andrew married Alta Clemetson on February 11, 1934 and to this union two daughters were born: Eleanor Weidauer and Janet Pehrson. Farming is what he loved and he spent most of his life on the farm where he was born. In 1991 he and Alta moved to Denver, Colorado. Andrew H. Anderson passed away on April 4th, 1996 in Denver, Colorado at the age of 89 years. He is survived by daughter, Mrs. Janet (Dennis) Pehrson, brother, Eddie, sisters Margaret Norgard and Christie Okrina, nine grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Alta, daughter Eleanor, sisters Marie Garry, Helen Varpness, and Francis Oftedahl and brother Swen.
