Alfred "Bud" Arnold Koelke was born April 27, 1928, at Canby, Minnesota, to parents John and Lena (Flour) Koelke. Bud, as he was known by his family and friends, married Audrey TeGantvoort on February 19, 1950, in Gary, South Dakota. Bud and Audrey were the parents of three daughters: Connie, Marlene, and Darla. Bud had a variety of jobs from farming to truck driving. He worked the greater part of his life at A.M.P.I. in Dawson, Minnesota. Bud passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2003, at the Chippewa County Montevideo Hospital, Montevideo, Minnesota, following a short illness. He is survived by his wife, Audrey of Clarkfield; and daughters, Connie (and Bob) Nelson of Clarkfield, Marlene (and Bob) Turnbull of Appleton, Minnesota, and Darla of Montevideo, Minnesota. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
