Albert K. Solomonson, the son of Knute and Brita (Storboe) Solomonson, was born February 20, 1881, in Lisbon Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota. He was baptized into the Christian faith and confirmed at Bergen Lutheran Church. He farmed the home farm until it was sold in 1950 when he moved to Montevideo, Minnesota. When his health began to fail, he entered the Willmar Nursing Home, Willmar, Minnesota, where he passed away September 28, 1967, at the age of 86 years. His parents, two sisters and five brothers preceded him in death. He is survived by one sister Mrs. Julia Tuftelande of McVille, North Dakota, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
