Albert Louis Noah Pochardt was born to Noah and Ida (Bohlmann) Pochardt on August 19, 1923, on a farm northwest of Russell, Minnesota. He was baptized August 26, 1923, by Rev. E.H. Pfeiffer at Zion Lutheran Church northwest of Russell. He was confirmed on May 7, 1939, by Rev. R.M.Vordale at the First English Lutheran Church at Tyler, Minnesota. Albert entered into the military in 1944, serving overseas and returned in 1952. In the spring of 1953 he moved with his father to a farm east of Boyd, Minnesota. He farmed in this community until his death by a tractor accident last Tuesday, March 15, 1977. He is survived by his father of Boyd; two sisters: Mrs. Sarah Pyle of Montevideo, Minnesota, and Mrs. Ida Bendix of Boyd; two brothers: Carl Pochardt of Mayer Arizona, and Arthur Pochardt of Lewiston, Idaho; six nieces and seven nephews and many cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother on August 31, 1941, and two sisters who died in infancy. IN MEMORY OF ALBERT L.
