Albert Kelm was born in Tyro Township of Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, on August 25, 1915, the son of William and Louise (Kammeyer) Kelm. He was baptized and confirmed in Zion Lutheran Church of Tyro Township. In 1937 he was united in marriage to Elowine Erie. Their union was blessed with four children: Keith, Gretchen, Bruce and Karen. Albert passed away suddenly at his farm home near Hanley Falls on June 23, 1973, at the age of 57 years. At the time of his passing, Mr. Kelm was farming at Hanley Falls. He is survived by his wife, Elowine, son Keith of Sequim, Washington, son Bruce of Oregon, daughter Gretchen (Mrs. Harvey Suhr) of Hendricks, Minnesota, and daughter Karen of Hanley Falls. There are five grandchildren: Stacey, Christopher, Lada Kay, Billy and Amy. Also surviving are one sister, Edna Olson of Boyd, and a brother, Elmer of Clarkfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister. IN MEMORY OF ALBERT A.
