Adolph Dahlberg was born on the family homestead in Friendship Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, August 30, 1905, the son of August Dahlberg and Gurene Osmundson Dahlberg. He has been in ill health since his youth and for many years past has been an inmate of the Cambridge State School and Hospital, at Cambridge, Minnesota, where he died on Saturday morning, February 6, 1954, at the age of 48 years, five months and six days. He was preceded in death in death by his parents and one half-brother, Andrew Dahlberg. He is survived by one half-brother, Harry Dahlberg, of Portland, Oregon, and three half-sisters: Hilda (Mrs. Alfred Dotseth) of Granite Falls, Minnesota, Alice (Mrs. Oscar Sederstrom) of Salem, Oregon, and Miss Christine Ringby of Montevideo, Minnesota; and by one niece, Miss Patricia Stueland of Clarkfield. He suffered his misfortune with fortitude until relieved by death. Blessed be his memory.
