Adin S. Youngmark passed away at 6:00 p.m., Monday evening, January 20, 1958, at the Willmar Rest Home, Willmar, Minnesota. Deceased was born June 23, 1875, the son of Anders and Anna Sophie (Olander) Youngmark, at Carver, Minnesota, where he was also baptized. At an early age, Adin moved with he parents to Clear Lake, Minnesota, where he was confirmed by Rev. Oslund. In 1892 the family moved to Yellow Medicine County where Adin was engaged in farming in Swede Prairie and Tyro Townships. After retiring from farming, he lived for a few years at Montevideo, Minnesota, until about two years ago when he entered the Madison Memorial Home, Madison, Minnesota, where he lived until August. Since then he has lived at the Willmar Rest Home, Willmar, Minnesota, where he passed away January 20, 1958, at the age of 82 years. Adin was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Levi; two sisters: Edith (Mrs. R.H. McGilvra) and Ellen (Mrs. C.A. Olson). He is survived by one brother and five sisters, namely, Ansgar and Esther of Minneapolis, Hulda (Mrs. A. Hulteen) of St. Cloud, Minnesota, Amy (Mrs. Emil Skaug) of Clarkfield, Hannah (Mrs. E.A. Quale) of Seattle, Washington, and Lillie (Mrs. Edgar Hagen) of Kenosha, Wisconsin, and several nieces and nephews.
