Neil's greeting was, "what are the farmers doing in the field today?" For Neil his 80th birthday was a highlight of his life. He had such a great time with family and friends visiting, singing and dancing that day. What a celebration of joy!

Neil never forgot his neighbors. Our family moved from Swede Prairie when I was 11 years old & each time I drove back to our farm for sentimental reasons, we would drive by Gunlogson's. If Neil was outside he would wave and say "hi Karen" even though it might have been ten or twenty years. My sympathies to all of you...Peter, Eric, Irene and Elin. You and your parents were wonderful neighbors! May God bring your comfort and peace.
