Marlowe Peterson, died Monday, Sept. 3rd at Comfort First MN in Blaine, Minnesota at the age of 84.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 7th at 2:00 p.m. at Augustana Lutheran Church in Clarkfield. Interment will be in at Swede Home Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at Church.
Marlowe Peterson was born on August 22, 1934 in Dawson to Robert and Olga Lee. She was confirmed at Riverside Lutheran Church. On April 14, 1952 she married Loren Peterson and they had 5 children.
The family lived on the farm southwest of Clarkfield where Marlowe enjoyed a big garden. She enjoyed several kinds of different crafts and milking cows. She had 20 and sometimes 30 cats she would care for. She loved to fill her life up with things she enjoyed doing.
Marlowe is survived by her children: Laureen (Dave Malecek) Peterson, Loren (Mickey) Peterson, Roberta Getskow, and Rodney Peterson; 12 grandchildren: Pamela (Dave Wheelhouse) Anderson, Craig (Mandy) Anderson, Jason (Lucy Woods) Anderson, Carrie Jensen, DeAnna Will Engelke, Jenny Moudry, Jade Getskow, Ashley Rogers, Scott (Jill) Daignault, Kelly Peterson, Lindsey (Josh) Binstock, Kaley (Tony) Reuvers; numerous great grandchildren and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Olga Lee; husband, Loren; son: Bradley Peterson; brothers: Robert Lee Jr. And Wayne Lee and a great-granddaughter: Brianna Will.
