My deepest sympathy to Joe's family. I was a part of Joe's family for years and went to school together in Hazel Run. I was sad that I couldn't be at the service because I was in the hospital. It was nice to see Joe running up and down the with his scooter or golf cart. He was a fighter. RIP

Our deepest sympathies are extended to the Coubal Family. I have many fond memories working for and with Joe when he was on the City Council. I always enjoyed it when he stopped in the office to visit and his enthusiasm for Clarkfield history and the museum. Rest in peace, my friend.

As a former mayor, who served with Joe on the city council, and on behalf of the city to Clarkfield I wish to express my condolences to Elaine and the Coubal family.
