Ruth Caroline (Koepp) Zietlow

Ruth Caroline Zietlow passed away at her home in Tyro Township, Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota, Friday, February 9, 1962, at the age of 47 years, after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Zietlow was born the youngest daughter of the late George Koepp and his wife, Ida (Heintze) Koepp, on January 23, 1915, in Tyro Township.

She was baptized by Rev. Reinold Luttman and confirmed in the Christian faith by Rev. Louis Rosin on May 12, 1929, at Zion Lutheran Church.

On May 1, 1938, she was united in marriage to Mr. Herman Zietlow. This union was blessed with two children, Delbert and Linda.

Surviving to mourn her passing are her bereaved husband, her son, Delbert and daughter, Linda; her daughter-in-law, Wava and one granddaughter; two brothers, Walter Koepp of Marshall, Minnesota, and Fred Koepp of Boyd, Minnesota; two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Roske of Dawson, Minnesota, and Mrs. William Lange of Hinckley, Minnesota; besides a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother.
